Located within Westfield Warringah Mall is a … nightclub? Not exactly, but it sure looks like it. With a black ceiling and neon lights, this is definitely not your average pilates studio. Co-owned by former ironman Guy Leech, this Northern Beaches spot has the usual reformer Pilates equipment, but it’s the colourful LED lighting and energising playlist that provide a mood boost and make Vive Active a complete sensory experience. There are classes that combine cardio or HIIT circuit training for an added edge, a Vive Teens class for 13-18 year-olds (gotta start them early!), a dedicated Natal class for pre- and post-pregnancy mums.Book Appointment

Vive is just the best. I wasn’t much into fitness before I started going – I’m just not naturally sporty. But now I’m completely hooked and I have a completely new toned body that I never thought I’d have. It’s SO much more fun than regular pilates, or going to the gym. I actually look forward to going – never thought I’d say that about any workout!
I started at Vive three months ago and it’s a total game-changer. I used to laugh when people would say ‘you’ve just got to find an exercise you love’. Yeah, as if, who actually loves exercise?! But then Vive came into my life and now I’m one of those crazies telling people to find something they love like I have. The lights, the music, the instructors, my new peachy cheeks two inches higher – it literally has everything going for it. I’m totally addicted.
