Barre not your thing? Meditation, yoga and sound-bath healing classes are also on offer, and if your muscles need soothing, there’s an on-site spa and infrared sauna, too.

No mat, no worries. They’re provided at this Brookvale studio, along with all the props you’ll need for the class. There’s even a beach located conveniently nearby (that would be Curl Curl) for those that fancy a swim after class. Other amenities on offer: corporate classes, morning-of-your-wedding-day yoga, and a beginner’s course for budding yogis.

This holistic health hub in Rosebery focuses on the four pillars of health, which is why you’ll find a chiropractor, acupuncturist, physiotherapist, remedial massage therapist and dietician, alongside the yoga studio. Keep an eye out for the prenatal, mum-and-baby, and Pilates classes, which should be on the schedule soon.

It’s Pilates, but not as you know it. For starters, you’ll hear the place before you see it, as an energising playlist replaces the usual soothing music. Then there’s the black ceiling and LED lighting, which really boost the fun factor and make this an ideal spot for hanging with your best girlfriends. A Double Bay location is set to open early 2019.

This 100% organic and natural wellness spa is the fifth Bodhi space, and is situated inside a former home in the suburbs of Perth. Bodhi’s signature neutral colour palette is still evident, as is the warm ambience. There’s a Friday night candlelit yoga class, and plenty of post-yoga fun to be had, like manis and pedis, and a spell in the sauna to cap off a class.
