Double Bay & Brookvale, NSW
It’s Pilates, but not as you know it. For starters, you’ll hear the place before you see it, as an energising playlist replaces the usual soothing music. Then there’s the black ceiling and LED lighting, which really boost the fun factor and make this an ideal spot for hanging with your best girlfriends.

BODHI J PIER ST
This 100% organic and natural wellness spa is the fifth Bodhi space, and is situated inside a former home in the suburbs of Perth. Bodhi’s signature neutral colour palette is still evident, as is the warm ambience. There’s a Friday night candlelit yoga class, and plenty of post-yoga fun to be had, like manis and pedis, and a spell in the sauna to cap off a class.

Fierce is probably the best way to describe both this place and how you’ll feel after a class. Fusing traditional Pilates with a high-intensity workout, expect a fast-paced body toning experience that caters to your level (newbie, regular and pro). KX even thoughtfully provide hair elastics so you can get that mop out of your face and get down to business.
